Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

Urena Immigration ("we", "us", "our") is a document preparation service — not a law firm. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

Analytics (PostHog)

With your consent, we use PostHog to record page views and interaction events (e.g. clicks on "Book a Consultation" or "WhatsApp"). PostHog collects device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We configure PostHog with the following privacy safeguards: IP anonymization, masking of all text inputs, and no session recording. If you decline consent or have Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, no tracking code will load.

Booking & Payment

When you schedule a consultation, our scheduling provider (Cal.com or Calendly) collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and case type. Payments are processed through Stripe. This data is handled directly by those providers under their own privacy policies. We do not store your credit card data.

Communications You Initiate

If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, that communication is initiated by you. We do not automatically collect or store your data through these channels beyond the conversation itself.
